A Personal Experience By Paige

I can’t say exactly what’s going on lately with me. I have had experiences with the paranormal a lot, but nothing like what’s been going on here recently. I'd like to say that my first horse, which I was extremely close to, sadly passed away, and soon after her death, I found out a lady committed suicide years and years ago in my front yard.

My experiences are very weird and disturbing to me. My weirdest experience happened not too long ago. I was in bed around 11:30 PM, and I was watching the TV, which sits next to a window. Something was telling me to look out the window, so I finally gave in to the temptation and looked. At first I saw nothing, but then it looked like somebody had shined an extremely bright flashlight right into my window. It was a possibility until I remembered my room was on the third level of my house. I got up to look out the window when it happened again, only it flew by my window slowly. I heard no cars or anything before or after, and nobody would have had time to run by the second time without me seeing them and they would have had nowhere to hide. It was weird, but it hasn’t happened again—yet that is.

Another strange thing was when I stayed at my friend’s house. It was late at night—I don’t know what time for sure, maybe between 2:30-3:00 PM—when I woke up. I happened to glance over at the bathroom door, and I saw a woman. I was up on the bed, and my friend was lying beside me on the floor asleep, so what I saw couldn’t have been her. She wasn’t very tall, but she had long hair and no face. She was facing me, but turned and disappeared. I told my friend about it the next morning and she claimed to have seen her many times before in various places in her house.

My creepiest experience was when I was home alone. I was upstairs in the den watching TV with my dog Molly, who is very calm and always relaxed, lying on the floor in front of me. I was sitting in a recliner and happened to glance down at her, and when I did, I heard a female voice say, "Molly." I was startled, and Molly jumped up and started to bark at the area beside where I was sitting. I couldn’t move at all for a few minutes, but when I could, I jumped up and ran outside. This wasn’t the first time though. My mom, her fiancé and I have been home alone and heard somebody walking upstairs and seen a cloaked figure walking in the kitchen.

Though I feel nothing harmful coming from this spirit, I do believe there is an evil presence in my house lurking around. I can feel it at night and up at my barn. I'm praying that it won’t eventually do anything to me or my family but this could be the big breath before the plunge (the moments before something big happens). Hopefully, it will go away, but again, I can only hope and pray, and I live in fear of the next strange event.
