A Personal Experience By Diane

I was asked to go to a friend of a friend's farmhouse to check out the spirit activity there.

Nothing fancy, just see how the energy was and maybe tell her a little about them if I could pick up on them. The first time I saw the house was back in June. My friend's apartment building caught fire and she stayed at the farm for a week or so after with her husband and daughter.

The barn that is attached to the house was used for storing donations of clothes and furniture for Gail and it was when I dropped off some things I got to see the "outside" of the house :) I was kinda disappointed not to get inside since its a grand old place and I love old houses. So here it was several months later and I was getting my wish not to just see the inside but do a bit of spirit work too!

The funny thing was while driving up the driveway last week we encountered one of those energy walls again. We drove right thru it. I posted here how last summer while in a cemetery in N.Y. I felt one, having never experienced that before I was/still am unsure what it is. We just felt a wall ( only way I know to describe it ) and the energy tingles head to toe. Both Gail and I felt it. She hadn't encountered it while she stayed there and I hadn't the one time I had gone to drop some things off so I can't explain what it was or why it was there on this visit. In fact Gail was so surprised by it she put the car in reverse and drove up the driveway again several times just to feel it LOL. I joked about the house spirits testing us a bit :) When we got out of the car it even felt like we had someone behind us ushering us inside out of the cold wind.

A bit about the house. The woman there said its about 100 years old. Its built partly on top of a hill and some parts of the cellar were built into the hill. There is even an above ground well in the cellar, boarded up for safety but I have never seen one in a house before! The reason the woman felt she needed some input was because she is planning to change some of the rooms around for meditation and business. When they first moved in 6 years ago the activity there was of a violent nature, things being thrown at her husband by unseen hands. She said there was a clearing but that they just became quiet afterwards and did not leave. She was hoping I could tell her they would not be angry if she followed thru on her plans.

The first spirit came to me as soon as I entered the kitchen, she touched my arm and kept saying she was Helen. Then there was a young man in the far side of the house. I told the owner that she had problems with things being moved around there and she looked surprised I said so and said yes. The young man does it just for attention and to be a bit prankish. While we were upstairs we heard the voice of a child. The woman has no children there so it was a spirit also. I met the little girl later on when the woman asked me to ask the spirits to stay away from her step children when they visit. The child came to me and was upset. It seems she enjoys sitting with the woman's stepson who is six. I was told later on the 13 yr. old stepdaughter says the house to her is always so cold inside, even tho it sits on a hill where it should get plenty of sunshine. While we were upstairs a hanging plant started to sway back and forth and the leaves on a floor plant started to rattle themselves. I was told those things and hearing voices ( like we heard the child's ) are things that never have happened before. So I have to wonder if they did these things because we were focused on them and would notice. In the cellar I felt that someplace on the hill was a baby buried and no sooner had I said it then we heard a baby cry. Kinda freaky. The woman that lives there looked a bit shocked.

While I was there I taped almost the entire time. While we were in the cellar I heard distinct loud scratching and knocking on 2 different parts of the old stone walls and even tho to me it seemed loud neither my friend nor the woman heard them. But when I played back the tape they were on it and both were surprised how loud they were. Both the child upstairs and the woman helen are also on the tape, as is a man with a very low voice on it from where I taped in the cellar. I had mentioned perhaps they would wish to move on to a better place and that was met with a clear "NO". He also talked about a marker, that is heard clearly on the tape. I felt one male strongly in the cellar but I do not feel he is the one we heard on tape.

As usual there are more questions then answers. I suggested to the woman that she talk openly about changing the rooms and to be firm but kind in how she lets them know what she is planning. She said unless there is a problem she doesn't wish to send them on if they don't act in a negative manner again. I called to check on her and so far everything is fine. I was worried they would act up after we left but so far all is quiet.

One last thing. That night when I went to bed I happened to look up and at the foot of my bed was standing a large tall man. I felt he was the one that came thru on tape and he followed me home. I haven't seen him again, but have felt him several times. I don't know if he will stay or if he will go back, his name is Richard from what I can tell, not Rich, or Richy, just Richard :) I have no idea where this path I am on will lead, but it sure is interesting :)
