The Elemental in the Attic

Personal Experience by Tracey

My name is Tracey and I was born a sensitive. A few months ago I joined a paranormal group here in Maryland. We had the opportunity to visit a "closed" VA hospital in Baltimore County not too long ago. Our group consists of ten people, some sensitives, some more technical then others. I walked with another sensitive and a camera man. Besides the fact that the hospital hasn't been used in well over 60 years the place had a pretty good vibe to it---at least until we reached the very top (or attic) of the building. Besides being a medium, I am also a Wiccan which has allowed me to develop my skills at a faster rate. There is a ladder bolted to one side of the room. We started to climb up and look around when someone or something pushed me down two rungs of the ladder. Needless to say I stayed down while the camera man forged on.

We shined our flashlights up so he could see where he was going. The air became thick, like "pudding' and the red bricks changed color. They went from fire red to a dark brown color---all during the time he told the spirit that he wasn't afraid and that it could come after him if it wanted to. It didn't come after him, it went after the two of us! We both felt like there was a vise grip on the top of our heads and that someone was strangling our necks. The more he egged on the spirit the worse it got. At one point we noticed an large black mass move from left to right towards his direction in the attic. A low angry voice called out "leave or pay". By this time he had come back down and saw the look on our faces. We weren't able to speak for a few minutes but eventually collected ourselves. As we made our way back to the other side of this room the red bricks became brighter and brighter. A feeling of extreme hate came over me, my round face went to a square shape, my brown eyes went black, my voice dropped two octaves and announced "you were warned" they each took a hold of either side of my arms and tried to get me out of the room but I'm told that at first they couldn't move me. It was like trying to move a statue. My legs came off the ground about three inches and again this voice said "you were warned, now hang" It wasn't until later in the evening that the care taker told us that a murder had taken place in that room. A murder by hanging!
