Rock 'n' Roll Ghost

Personal Experience by Jordyn

I'm a huge rock fan. Anything along those lines in music, you can find on my iPod. I'm the only one in my family really who loves rock. One day I was in my room with my iPod charging, doing my homework. I went downstairs to get something to eat and heard "Paramore" playing in my room. I dashed up the steps and turned it off. I didn't think nothing of it for the rest of the evening. Later on in the night, around eleven o' clock, it went off again playing "Flyleaf". I got grounded for having it on. It kept on happening & I didn't know why. Finally I realized a pattern in the songs. They all were talking about missing something in life, not being happy, not in the place you call home, etc. It scared the living crap outta me.

I asked my mom if I could stay over my grandparent's house for a night. I brought my iPod and as I was listening to "Guns N' Roses", the song changed to "Heart". I freaked and turned off my iPod for the night. I awoke to tapping. It sounded like it came from the kitchen. I was already sleeping on the couch so I got up and looked in. There stood a girl, who looked no more than fifteen, with blond hair and sharp blue eyes. She was pale and transparent. She wore dark blue jeans and a red t-shirt. My iPod went off playing "AC/DC", but I didn’t take my eyes off the girl. "You're the reason why my iPod keeps going off, aren't you?". She didn't move, but her eyes held the answer. She was the reason. I kept asking her why, but anytime she tried to talk, it came out like the wind whipping around outside in a storm. I took a step towards her and she vanished. A normal person would've screamed, but ghosts are part of my life.
