My Grandpa's Spirit is Protecting Me

My grandpa died when I was 6 or 7. I didn’t know this because my parents never told me about it. Then we they told me, I said, "I didn't get to say goodbye." That night, I lay down to go to sleep and I saw a figure resembling a man at the foot of my bed. It was scary at the time, but now I know he meant no harm. I realized it was my grandpa. he looked at me and said, "Goodbye Tristan." I didn't tell anyone in my family and probably won't ever. They don't believe in that kind of stuff. The other day I was outside and I looked to the window and saw something walk past and wave. I was freaked. I feel surrounded by the paranormal but it's as if they are protecting me......
