Disturbed Spirits
The school's drummer sat on a bench under the shade of the oldest tree in the school. It was a quiet Saturday morning, and only a few students were there to practice. Everything about the drum and lyre group practice was perfect. Since it was already late, the teacher dismissed them.
The next day, it was reported that the group’s drummer was dead -- cause of death, unknown. The grief-stricken parents begged the police to talk to the teachers; the police asked the drum and lyre group if there was something wrong about the drummer the day they were practicing. Everyone shook their head, finding it odd that the drummer had acted so cool during their practice, and just dropped dead.
Then, they discovered that the spirits in their school had been toying with the boy the night after their practice. The spirits were disturbed by the drums, and had been awakened from the old tree, which is said to be the home of the spirits.
They consulted a witch doctor and he said that they should offer gifts to the spirit so they would leave them alone.
Students offered to the old tree -- and suddenly, all of the kids that had placed an offering there fainted and were possessed by spirits. They were sent to the clinic and all of them keep on cursing, vomiting, and shaking.
A priest prayed over them, and also prayed for the spirits. After a few hours, everything was normal, except for the trembling hands and fearsome memories.
From that day, they didn’t dare to practice near any tree again.
